Welcome to Ad 120, Israel's leading assisted living housing network. Ad 120 was established in 1992 with a very clear vision: to enable seniors to enjoy an updated lifestyle and rich, pampering living experience so they can make the most of every moment in life, with or without age limitations. The network operates three assisted living homes: Hod HaSharon, Rishon LeZion and Ramat HaChayal. Two additional assisted living homes are planned to be established, one under construction in Modi'in, and another planned to be built in Kiryat Motzkin. The network will later expand to additional cities such as Ness Ziona, Kiryat Ata and Jerusalem. The extensive experience gained by the network over the years has led to the development of a center of expertise in all aspects of seniors' needs: from strengthening mental health, to medical security, tailored living experience, and wealth of facilities and rich leisure culture.

Tomer Rosenberg | CEO of Ad 120 Network

CEO's Message My name is Tomer Rosenberg, CEO of Ad 120 network. It is a great privilege for me to lead the network during times of major development momentum, as it establishes its position as Israel's leading and best senior living network.

As a father to adult children and a son to elderly parents, I understand over the years that age is a very confusing concept and mainly indicates a feeling rather than a fact. It's no coincidence that our motto at Ad 120 is "Here age feels different," a motto based on the perception that a person's biological age doesn't necessarily indicate their mental capabilities and therefore shouldn't affect their quality of life.

I didn't have to look far to reach this insight, but simply look at our wonderful residents and see how they live their lives according to the age they feel and draw lots of inspiration from them.

Our existing and new homes were designed and built exactly according to this concept: advanced, luxurious, and innovative homes with a wealth of facilities and endless possibilities for culture, entertainment, and leisure. Ad 120 is also the first network to lead the Longevity trend for seniors: from advanced technologies for improving memory and language, through dedicated Pilates centers for seniors, an advanced music room, workspaces, and this is just the beginning.
